Additionally, the futon folds out to accommodate 2 more people if needed. There is a custom skylight to bring in more natural light during the day. Enjoy a clean bathroom, new convection oven and stove top, and new patio furniture on our spacious and private lot. Yes, we have AC!
It is located within the Hayfork RV Park (unit 6), which has a recently renovated laundry, shower, and bathroom facility as well as security cameras and Starlink Wi-Fi.
Monthly renter must pass background check and show proof of monthly income. All utilities included except electricity.
